The term ProAm is often used to describe someone who's better than an amateur but not quite a professional. My name is Aaron Oeth and I am an Air Force Cook of over 14 years. My training has been influenced by Missouri upbringing, Texas BBQ, German training, Guam impact and now the great Alaskan outdoors.
